Est. 1907 as a summer worshipping community at the Lumina as a joint venturebetween First Presbyterian Church of Wilmington and St. James Episcopal Churchdowntown. Became a year-round Presbyterian Church at our current site in 1952.
Chapel parking guidelines
Finding your way to the boardwalk is simple when you know where to look. We provide dedicated spaces for Sunday worshipers and seasonal beach attendees.

Beach Service Access
We have a private parking lot on the corner of Lumina Ave. and W. Fayetteville St. That is open Sunday mornings for worship. We partner with the Town of Wrightsville Beach from March-October for paid parking during the week. Members receive a parking decal to park any time. Visitors may obtain a guest parking pass for church activities during the week.
For our 8:00 AM summer beach service, May-Labor Day Beach service Access 4. Park at the public access points near the pier. Arrive early as spaces fill quickly during the beautiful summer months.

Our dedicated two-story mission house hosts up to sixteen service workers, providing a coastal home base for active community renewal projects.
